Privacy Policy

Who we are
The Merciful Heart is a small Catholic shirt shop run by Tony in Tampa, FL. This website, themercifulheart.com, is a catalog of our designs. This policy explains what information the website and our Pinterest account use.
What this website collects
This website is a static catalog. It has no accounts, no logins, no contact forms, no email signup and no checkout. We don't ask you for any personal information here, and the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Purchases happen on Etsy
When you click through to buy, you leave this website and go to our Etsy shop. Orders, payments, shipping details and messages are handled by Etsy under Etsy's own privacy policy (https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy). We see only the order information Etsy gives sellers to fill and ship your order.
Server logs
Like any website, the service that hosts these pages may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use these logs to identify or track visitors.
We use the Pinterest API only to publish our own pins to our own Pinterest account (pinterest.com/themercifulheart). We don't use it to collect, store, or share information about Pinterest users. If you interact with our pins on Pinterest, that happens under Pinterest's own privacy policy.
Links to other sites
This site links to Etsy, Pinterest and Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle information.
Children
This site doesn't knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
